A son asks his father if he can buy him a bicycle
His father replies "I'm sorry son but we have a $300 000 mortgage on our house, we can't afford to buy you a bicycle."
The next morning the father comes down the stairs to see his son exiting the front door with a suitcase in hand.
The father asks his son "Where are you going?"
The son replies "Well last night when I walked past your room I heard you tell mom that you were pulling out. Then I heard her yell for you to hold on because she was coming and I'll be damned if I'm going to stay here with a $300 000 mortgage and no bike."
