I beleive the tickling device is being powered by Misaka's stressed out electricity, tickling her seemingly indefinitely >:3
hehe yup, violetta, the requester wanted misaka to be a little bustier. And i'm glad u like them.

I had fun making the electicity around misaka, too. I just added a colored drop shadow directly below the white streaks of line and expanded it until it looked alright.
