well... i've downloaded it again, unzipped it...and it's working ok for me. Of course that means didley if no-one else can get it to work.

Ok I'll describe exactly what happens. I could download it, unzip it and open it. However, Real Player fails to find the "required software updates" to play it.

Is it possible to save it in another format?

I don't know wether it can be saved in another format, but I had a similar problem : my PC is still working under Windows 95 and the newest versions of Real Player don't support Win 95 anymore. I'll have to update my PC...
