Nope. We have bondage tape, handcuffs... and less "conventional" things. We could maybe maybe make on out of chair cushion and tape, but it wouldn't be a stocks, and it wouldn't hold S.

hehehehe...I'm pretty opportunistic myself. I dont even own a good set of leather cuffs! waahhh! (hint hint my birthday is in May j/k)
One of the pictures that I drew shows a girl laying on the floor with her legs in the air, tied to the back of a kitchen chair. I know I've seen photos of this in action so I'm pretty sure it would work. It should be pretty steady too as the tickler would sit on the chair and keep it from moving.
Maybe you could try something like that one day and let us know if it really works. 🙂 I dont have any chairs like that or I'd try it myself.
See what you have to do when you dont have proper equipment? You have to improvise!

EDITED: Well, you can see the results on the other thread.

Its not very comfortable though, and unless you're got pretty flexible legs, its impossible to get them straight. Charlotte could for a bit, I couldn't at all! Plus, we didnt have the right chair... which probably didn't help!
