Blondie has the house to herself, as Alexander and Cookie are away at college and Dagwood is out of town on business. She slips on a tight pair of jeans and a bikini top to go outside and water her flowers. Little does she know that the new neighbors, a creepy old couple whom no one on the block has met in the 3 months they've lived there, are watching her. The older couple are religious extremists who find even the slightest revealing of bare flesh in public a sin, and no sin should go unpunished.
