I'm new at this so I appologise if this doesn't work. Does anyone know who she is and where can I get the video???

Your image is not showing up because you are using AOL's 'art' format as the way the image is encoded. If you want it to show up, you'll need to use an image editing program to change it into a gif or jpeg. Then repost it. You did everything else correctly though! Good try!

I'm sure a bit of online searching will turn up a free one you can download. Try image+editing as your search terms

actually...you don't need to do that at all.

You do one of two things...go into your settings and change it so that all filename extensions are listen on your comptuer. For example instead of "ticklepicture" it'd say "ticklepicture.jpg"
That way, you can rename it, and just change the ending to whatever you want.

Or, you could open it up in Microsoft Paint (which comes with most computers) and save it again, only this time renaming the end to .jpg
