Hey folks,
I remembered once when I was younger I caught a bit of a film that had a scene with a girl on a swing being tickled with feathers. It wasn't a love swing but more like an old fationed rope with a seat. People would push her forward on it while two men would rush forward and stroker her with feathers as she passed. I remember the people looking victoria, but I think it was just a costume party of some sort. I am sorry I can't remember more, but if anybody can make heads or tails out of this please tell me what film it might be.
