I didnt give you a hard time the last time. YOU felt I picked you out of all the members to f**k with, when we tried to help you. Again, anyone who has had a problem, I told them to Do a search for and download Klite Codec Pack. Your missing some codecs on your computer. Then everything will go smooth. And make sure update your windows media player.

As far as emailing, yes, that is possible, but the file is 95 MB in size. The only way to do it is thru Yahoo. Give me the address, and then we can set up a time when im home to log in and connect to you, if the above mentioned way of updating doesnt work for ya.

Hank might have to update some codecs of something, I can't see why any of these wouldn't play on windows.

I went to the K-Lite Codec Pack website. It costs money for these codecs, at least $1.00 a month for the very basic. Why should I have to pay for and download this when any other clip I order from clips4sale works fine? Can we work out a time when you can email it to me?

I had to laugh at "everyone else finds and downloads the K-lite Codecs with no problem." I nearly fell out of my seat. I guarrantee you half the people on this forum never heard of a codec. You know what my friend, at this point enjoy the money I have spent on you. Consider it a gift. I wish you well.

I did download it. Now I have sound but no picture. Any ideas why I may not get a picture? Lord Jesus Christ what a loser I am. Cannot even instal a proper Codec for crying out loud.

What players are you trying to use to view the clips? Got WMP? Real Player? VLC? Nero? Something has to work on your end. Im not doing any over the top encoding for these clips. After you installed the codecs, did you reboot the system?

There's nothing Andre can do at this point short of buying Hank a new computer so he can watch this clip...I know suggested updating a codec earlier but really..there shouldn't be any reason windows can't play this file for you, hell I think a Mac could play this file..my conclusion..the file was corrupted due to a premature download completion, which..I haven't heard of happening in like 10,000 years..how old is that thing anyway?
