A question for everyone, especially the TMFers

i noticed alotta people, mostly on TMF have their own special signature, done with CGI and also with a CGI person on it to. know what i'm talking about?

how do yall get that? someone special do it?

I think I know what you're referring to, and I believe that Venray creates those sigs.

Its quite simple actually. Its just a matter of finding those pictures and merging them with a username. 🙂

They both do. But they get those from probably the same site and just photoshop (or whatever program they use) the usernames on them. Its not difficult at all. But if its big enough for people to mention, maybe they've got something there.

I see a few people here with sigs like that. The few times Ive visited the TMF Ive seen that about EVERYONE has siggys that look exactly the same. A couple is cool but on so many people it loses it's charm completely. Best to come up with something more original, IMO.

As I'm saying, theres nothing special about them. They're easy to make, and theres no reason why you couldn't post an example of one or make your own.

Guys have a point there, Norm.

Most of those sig are fairly easy to conjure up, if you know your PSP/APS.
Besides, Poser sig do tend to look all the same...

They are nice, that's true. But they'd lose their charm when used whole-sale.
It's no more a sig; it's more like a uniform.

I wonder who did Iluv2btickled's [er, sorry with your nick] sig.
That illo is good and rings a bell.

I think Ness said it best when she said that its not very original. They are overdone, and its not just there, I've seen sigs and banners like that on other sites too. Its definitely not exclusive. But props for those dishing them out. Its giving people who would otherwise not know how to or not be able to make them the chance to have them.

The sigs that Mimi does are all done from one program and thus tend to look a lot alike. The women there seem to like them.

The sigs done by venray and his wife are done from scratch, Images are taken from the net and combined in pSp and then animated in animation shop.

I asked him to do one for me and had him explain how it was done.

As for you melissa, well it isnt even worth the comment.

yeah, i get my pics on my sig off the net too, i have loads of funny ones, and when i feel they've gotten old, i just put more up. i'm like that with my truck. got like 2 dozen bumper stickers on it, with buncha funny sayings like: "i just got a firm grip on reality, now i can strangle it." and "the hamster of doom will rain coconuts on your pitiful city." and "evil ninja monkeys plot my assasination as we speak" i got alotta compliments for them.

Lots of stuff can be adapted for use as a signature picture. All you need to do is find something that suits your personality.
