I have a friend with Petit Mal as opposed to Grand Mal Epilepsy, and when she has an episode I simply stay close & watchful to make sure she's safe. When it's over it's fascinating to talk about what we each noticed.
1. Do doctors advise taking precautions against stressors that might trigger an episode?
2. If they do advise this, is it only because episodes interrupt "normal" life, or does it affect your condition in some way?
I'm wondering what physical & mental effects an epileptic episode has on a person. Might it be a cathartic healing experience?
I'd like to add that I admire your openness in all your posts, Crydun. Your manner encourages honest conversation - well done!

If you're feelig ok afterwards, then add a little more time until you've found your breaking point and go from there. Really, only you know your limitations, just make sure the ler knows too to prevent injury😀
