Do any of you get this channel, and have you ever taped anything cool on it like we have gotten on QVC/HSN/AS here in the states our on the QVC UK?

If you are interested, you can watch this at the website, and it actually uses your media player instead of a built in media player like on a lot of these streaming websites.

for us canadians there are great vdcap oppertunities on the womens network

at 6 aclock in the morning their is this yoga show that has great sole shots even thought the yoga host's feet are kind of ugley and then at 6 30 there is workout with sharen Mann and their only barefoot sometimes but when they are hot insanely hot

actually it's called breathing space yoga
