Obsessions about women's bodies tend to be either breasts or rear ends. Dunno, but when a woman has a slender waistline, that turns me on as much as B- or C-cup bosoms, or a shapely rear end. If a woman has a tight toro, she appeals to me more than the girl who has more curves but too much around the middle.

And, of course, where do you tickle a woman more than you do her midsection?

The reason I thought of this was seeing the movie KING OF COMEDY, which has been playing on A.M.C. television. Towards the end of the film, the svelte actress Sandra Bernhard strips down to her bra and panties. A toy gun is shot at Ms. Bernard and three or four rubber-tip arrows hit her ribs. Each time she's hit, Bernhard flinches in a way that made me wonder if it tickled.

Had to share that thought. Where better than the Tickling Media Forum?😎
 
well, I used to have a waist like that. unfortunately, meds can do lasting damage.
 
i used to b really skinny lol..im still slim but i wish i had a really tiny waist lol..iv noticed wen i lose weight i gain ticklishness lol!!!! (if that makes any sense i dont know)

Thanks for your comment, Crydyn and Sugarmouse. Please don't interpret my remarks as a dig against women who don't keep the figure they had at age 17 for the rest of their lives. I've loved (and sure have tickled) women of all shapes and sizes. :cool2: It's just that seeing Sandra Bernard in that movie scene made me think of how a slim midsection is easy on the eyes and perfect for tickling.:Kiss2:

I'm one of those ticklers that feels each body part holds it's own special "tickle appeal". As a man I'm also attracted to women's body types all across the spectrum. That said the "slim ticklish waist" is in that spectrum and certainly has it's appeal. My word, what is it about having both hands nearly touch when they are wrapped around a slim waist?
 
The King Of Comedy, the gun wasn't loaded, it just clicked, but Sanda flinched every time it clicked. I remembered that scene. She's damn cute in her underware. Slim waistlines are fun to tickle.

If KING OF COMEDY's still running on A.M.C., watch that scene again. She wasn't flinching at an unloaded gun. It was a toy gun (looked real, though) that fired rubber-tip darts. Jerry Lewis shoots two or three past Sandra Bernhard. Then he hits her with the next two or three darts, and that's when she flinched, as if it tickled.😀

What a lovely, slim torso Sandra had. I wonder if freaky Madonna ever tickled her when they used to hang around.

while were on the subject, what is it the makes a man's waist look differently than a woman's? a man would look hilariously strange if he had the waist in the picture above.

so what is the scientific reason for the difference in the look? less rib bones? different hip structure? teach me!!!

good question tickler and black lol i alwyas thoght it was because women have rounded hips to help chikdbirth ......and to hold their womb..so their waist goes 'in' plus theyre smaller in build........but im no expert lol!!!!!!
 
Vive le difference (pardon my lousy French)

Yeah, Sugarmouse and Tickler n black, women are just smaller than men and have less muscle. So their waistlines are fewer inches. Also, when men gain too much weight, it shows in the midsection; but women's excess weight is likelier to show in the hips, rear end, and thighs.

Love that female form, especially the ticklish kind.🙂
 
lol .....yeh thats another reason the waist can look so small lol!!! i think i must b a man lol......i never put weight on my thighs and hips i jus get a beer belly if i act the student that i am and drink too much!!!!!!!

I can't agree with most of you that love a women like looks like barbie. I would really prefer a girl that has some meat on her, don't like those who are just skin and bones, to me that just looks sick. I guess I like the hourglass shape, which is the shape that I have, it just looks fuller than a stick, ya know? And I'm not saying I'm all full of myself about my body, because really you can ask anybody that knows me well that really I hate my body. Really no girl is happy with their body....

Please tell me who determined that 36-24-36 were the sculpted measurements? I remember many of the 1950s beach movies that this was the standard. The woman of today has measurements that are quite larger than that of the fifties. I don't have a problem with a woman that is in shape, but it has to be within her own shape. It may not be the same as what you or I consider to be an attractive figure. Long live the full-figured gals of today! I remember when Twiggy was the national icon of beauty and fitness. I also remember when that body image was impossible for someone like me to obtain. But that didn't stop me from starving myself trying.........Please once again, do not think that your image is unobtainable, but understand that it is not as easily obtainable as it used to be.
 
needs to be case by case

i will admit to liking a woman with a definate waist line, but not if the ribs are protruding, or she is flat chested due to starving herself.

the lady in question, ms. bernhart, wouldn't get a first glance from me, let alone a tickle! she is too skinny, ugly as hell, and as flat as a 12 y.o. boy! no thanks, i like my women to fill my arms. i've got big hands, i wear a size 12 ring, and a waist i can fit my hands around could only be on a child, or a concentration camp victim!
ugh! not my idea os a sexy woman!
