A tussle that leads to a foot tickling.

I believe this was posted on the forum at some point and I’ve done the exhaustive advanced search turning up nothing. It’s an Asian comedy, not sure it’s a series or a film, revolving around the hi-jinx of three young women. In the scene in question one of them gets into a fight with a woman in what I believe is a hotel lobby (maybe a high end office building I don’t know). During the altercation they end up on the floor and she removes the woman’s shoe and furiously tickles her foot. She laughs hysterically and they end getting thrown out by a man in a business suit. At least that’s what I remember of it. Strike a chord with anyone?
