a webpage "gif" of cartoony tickling

a long time ago i had a cartoony tickling scene that could only be opened with my browser, i remember cause i couldn't control it to stop, play, pause, or anything. it took a little while to get to the tickling as it played. i remember it was foot tickling...

ugh.. my memory is so bad. but i remember i loved it to death, it was so cool, if anyone has anything resembling this at all, could you pretty please post it?

oh, thanks, but that's not it, in the thing i mentioned, it was only opened with my webpags, and it took a few minutes to actually get the the tickling, but it was one of the most amazing things i've seen.
