(I set one of the forum options to "show 40 posts per page" instead of the forum default of 10 - ergo you see 4 times as many pages. 🙂).

(As for why certain posts don't make sense when I make them, the page doesn't always load with all the very most recent posts; making my own post forces a full refresh and the latest posts come up - including mine which makes no sense as a result of intervening posts I hadn't before seen).
