I see no problem with it, New Zealand Maoris do it as part of family and warrior glyphs, some Mesoamerican cultures gave you a tattoo per succesive war you won or enemy you fought on the battleground

I have four tattoos and have had five piercings. None of them hurt as badly as one would think. Most of my tattoos were uncomfortable at the very worst, not exactly painful and most of my piercings were relatively painless as well.

So a person can't disagree with another or they be deemed unaccepting? I think you've misunderstood something here. QueenBee claimed to be an accepting person but she would be unable to look upon the tattooist for long based on his tattoos and piercings. I find that to be unaccepting, which explains my response to her. I disagree with her, but I still accept her opinion and her as a person.

Not everyone does it no, but for example today you might find it strange, but in the past many cultures pierced, tatoo and practised ritual scarification, in addition to make up and face paint, it was considered normal for Egyptian men to wear makeup and many culture had warrior tattoos, also Celtic warriors often painted their face to appear more frightening to their enemies or to show their nation's colors.

Its not mainstream today, so people shun it, if it was a few hundred years ago, it would be often considered normal depending on where you went, today differs alot from the past, today an aranged marriage when you're 14 seems idiotic, whereas only 300 years ago, that was pretty much the order of the day
 
I find that to be very accepting.All she said was she couldnt look at it for long. So what your saying is your willing look at pic/vids of the most disgusting things ever. your saying you accept the acts of a rapist? you remind me of a person I know that completley covered thier van in anti abortion and aids walk stickers and had the nerve to say" its not like I want the attention!" BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how do you equate that rape or anti abortion, thats unfair, ad hominem attacks

yeah don't fight over me and what I say.I have had a lot of people kind of attack me for my opinions on here.It's okay I have learned to accept all people will not like or agree with me

I imagined it to be so painful going through your lips like that and they were so BIG like huge steel rings tearing the sensitive flesh on his lips.OMG it just sounds so incredibly painful.My brother was going through enough pain when he was gauging his ears and then my other brother tried to get a piercing on his private area and it was to painful when he would use the bathroom.So,he had to take it out.

I don't dislike you and if I disregarded your opinion, I wouldn't reply, I think you assume too much as I to my knowledge have never insulted you, I do not use ad hominem attacks in a debate

She is lucky she is not getting sued by the tattoo artist for defamation and slander. She is also lucky her father did not whoop her ass.
Very stupid teen we have here and if she does indeed get laser surgery to remove them, instead of 56 stars she will have 56 scars.
Either way, she deserves what will happen for the rest of her life.

I have my lip pierced and it was one of the most painless piercings I've had. I had my nose pierced and that hurt considerably worse, and yet it's a more common piercing. It's likely, he started with smaller rings and then stretched them out, and since I've not gauged any piercing of mine, I can't say how painful it is. Genital piercings will of course hurt more.
 
you have with out a doubt proved my point. Alot of people say " I dont do this for attention" which you clearly do.
