The idea of it lying face down is that pyschologically the ticklee could actually become more ticklish by not seeing it, same theory as a blindfold. And if people don't want to see her breasts that is their problem becauses she's shown them a couple of times if I'm not mistaken. People do need to become more comfortable with their surroundings here, this isn't 1st Grade Sunday School after all 🙂
