Adrian Paul (actor, best known for playing Duncan MacLeod on "Highlander") has ticklish feet! He was asked if he is ticklish and if he has ticklish feet on his official "Ask Adrian" page in his official site and responded:

I've always wanted to write to you and ask you a funny little question, but felt embarrassed to do it. But I've worked up my courage now! I was wondering if you're ticklish and, if so, do you have ticklish feet? Silly, I know!

I don’t think I am ticklish but my feet are. Now I am wondering what on earth made you ask this type of question. Do you have a foot fetish? Not a bad question that. I have a good friend who used to keep a pair of stockings and his favorite nail polish in his glove compartment. So if he met girls he liked he tried to persuade them to try them on for him.

I still remember an episode of "Highlander" where he got briefly tickled, but that's basically all I can tell you about the scene... Duncan got tickled! lol
