This thread kind of reminds me of the old days when my mother's Sears catalog would show up in the mail.

Out of curiosity, is your feed based on a particular focus, or do these ads just show up randomly?
 
Completely randomly. I pass on a number of them for reasons like /m, minors, too much effort for a pic, repeats (which are becoming more common). It's entirely possible that clicking on a site triggers similar sites to come my way.
