Afraid to Tickle

Well, are you talking about tickling someone you don't know? Because if so, that's not a good idea, but if it's someone you know than I say go for it. There are too many times that I had the chance to tickle someone and passed on it, and I regret them all, so I'd say if you have the chance take it, no one will think you have a foot/tickling fetish, tickling is a normal thing that many people do.
Alright, thanks for clearing that up, and like I said I say go for it. I always used to be afraid to tickle a girl especially infront of older people like my parents friends, and people their age and what not, but like I said I regret not doing so, so all I have to say is go for it, people won't think you're weird for it, tickling's a normal thing.

typically I shy away from tickling in such situations for several reasons:
1: Not all people will find tickling socially acceptable or approiate.
2: You could cause your self a ton of unnessicary trouble.
3: If you tickle this person you may cross personal space thresh hold. ( a lot of people myself included flip out if you tickle or even touch them in public.) you could end up with broken bones from either the person you touch or somebody they are with
I have let a ton of these Situation come and go and don't regret letting them pass me by I don't regret them

If you actualy know the person then a quick tickle would be seen as nothing more than harmless fun. Although it always helps to have a reason to tickle the person, e.g getting in a playful argument etc. If its just a quick tickle no-one will think anything of it. The main thing is knowing when to stop.

If it's someone I know, the no problem, i'll do it. I've poked past girlfriends in the sides many times while standing in line to get ice cream and such. Once a bunch of us were camping and a friend was sleeping in the tent, she just so happened to have her right socked foot sticking out...tell me that's not an invitation, so i tickled her sleeping foot. She awoke right away, that was the best spontaneous tickle I think i've had.

To me, it really depends on the type of personalities of the ticklee, and the other people around.
In college, I was close friends with a girl, whose boyfriend, who also happened to have been a close friend, had a bad temper. He would easily go off on someone who tickled his girlfriend for no reason, and yet, on one or two occasions, he tickled his girlfriend, and I (as well as several other friends who were present) helped him, and he was cool with the whole thing.
Sometimes, if you have people who are laid back about such things, it's not that difficult. The problem here is that so many mainstream girls I've come across hate to be tickled, so, in that case, even a playful tickle could easily get someone mad.
My best advice, take stock of the person you are going tickle, their personality as you know it, the situation, and who else is around, and make the judgement call from there. With friends, people can generally get a feeling of what would be okay, and what wouldnt. Somewhere along the line, under the right circumstances, I'm sure you'll be able to get some tickles in. I feel this way alot. I will um...want to tickle someone (I know them, obviously) so bad but the public atmosphere it scares me. I'm scared of what might happen, what will happen. I regret missing alot of tickle chances.
I've learned that I'm neither afraid of tickling or being tickled in a private or public setting (just got back from NEST earlier this month 🙂 ) I think in public does something for me personally I find it to be exciting, take for instance I go out with a very good ler friend of mine to dinner or the movies or some other public venue, I'm more than willing to allow him to tickle my feet or whatever in public. and it private ofcourse the same. So I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder 🙂. As memtioned previously as long as it's someone you know and are comfortable with than it shouldn't be too scary 🙂.
