I agree and I agree. Though I won't lie. At first glance I literally just thought Miley Cyrus hanging from a trapeze. Maybe I don't belong here, lol.

It would definitely be better/more erotic for me if she were barefoot, especially since there is a video of her having her feet tickled. But upper body is cool too. In all other instances, this just looks like a normal cover art photo for a CD and honestly lacking creativity IMO.

There should be a video on here of a teacup piglet sniffing or playing woth or whatever Miley's bare foot and you can clearly hear her cracking up in the background and I believe she either says it tickles so bad in the video, or has captions on the video saying it tickles. I'm pretty sure she says it though. Either way it's a confirmation of her feet being ticklish
