ALERT! Spam Infections Found on the TMF!

Looks like someone is trying to hit us with a spam attack.

Sprinkled about the forums, I've been seeing advertisements and spam posts, containing links to other websites. Upon further investigation, some of these sites utilize hidden download protocols to load spyware and other software onto your computer.

Spam has a big disadvantage at a place like the TMF...if a spam message advertising Versace Glasses pops up in the middle of a tickle torture thread, it's pretty easy to identify.

Going forward, please make sure to be careful about what you click on on the TMF, until the mods clear things up. Spam posts contain one or more links that will take you to other sites, but it's easy to tell what's spam and what's not because the post will be VERY out of place in the thread.

In one thread alone I think I've reported about four spam posts.

I've been a lurker for a lot longer than I've been a member and never seen spam on here, but I guess it just goes to show how successful the TMF is getting.
