Honestly I'm not completely sure who this is, she just keeps popping up as a picture of a cute celebrity so I'm assuming she's somewhat famous, though apparently not famous enough to rate a wikipedia page. She has this huge, toothy smile and I thought she has to be ticklish, so I googled her and got two hits.
