Alfred's Playhouse, also known as Alfred Alfer Shorts are a series of seriously fucked up web cartoons, most of which date back to the early 2010's. They appear to revolve around an anthropomorphic dog who retreats into his own psyche to avoid remembering an abusive past. I think. It's actually hard to tell. It's voiced by a woman playing a male dog based on the name, though it's not really clear.
Anyway, the scene involves The Littles coming out of a mouse hole and... the scene is so bizarre and screwed up it's hard to tell what's what, but tickling is definitely happening.
It happens early on, but be warned that this is really weird and unsettling stuff.
