Not to be the only negative guy here, but I'm not seeing it. I think you're looking at it too desperately, lol. It looks like the one guy is either pulling on the skin around her eyebrows or doing something, but that's why I believe her eyes are closed. As for her mouth, I mean, that can barely be classified as a smile. Plus, the woman working on her feet isn't even touching her foot in this picture. Well, she's holding it, but she's not doing anything else to it... Honestly, she looks really relaxed to me, not like she's struggling to not laugh
