Well, today I offically began a new and what I hope will be a prosperous direction in my life. This morning, during a business meeting, I signed on to be a rep with pre paid legal services. For those of you who arent aware of what kind of a business pre paid legal is, our company specializes in sales of idenity theft insurance, and provides legal services through our contact law firm, for all different kinds of legal issues. My job will be to sell both the service of the legal plan, as well as the business opportunity of such. I have already began my training, and will be attending a business presentation tomorrow night, to acquire more information, with my mother, and my new business partner, Bill. Iam quite excited about this opportunity.
The other business issue I finalized today will be what I hope turns out to be my sideline business, selling antiques. For those of you who know me personally, I have been doing such for about the last year. I have taken out a cabinet with a group of antiques dealers referred to as a co-op, and will be displaying my merchandise, for a monthly fee, thus being able to earn extra money, without having to put much time into the antiques part of the business, and allowing me time to devote to my sales and recruiting with pre paid legal. I have extensive marketing experience with various marketing companies, and will be trained, so I have confidence I will do well with these businesses.
So, today, April 11, 2005, begins my new direction, and Iam very optimistic about my businesses. Those of you who know me personally, know the details of my plans, but for those who may not know me as well, I decided to post here. Iam glad to see the forum is still up to do such.
Which reminds me: Jeff, Myriads, and mods, good luck with the move, whenever it happens. I hope this move turns out to be smooth and productive for the forum and our members. Thank you all for all your hard work, and I look forward to being a member of the TMF in our new forum for a long time to come.
Best wishes to all,
Mitch
