Ah, since the e-zine basically contains an anthology of tickling tales, each accompanied by an illustration (in much the same vein as the legendary Tales From The Asylum magazine), the Supreme Technomancer acts serves as a host, prefacing some of the tales. I can see the similarities with good old Dr. Doom, though instead of wearing a mask, our Technomancer prefers the metal to be grafted directly into his skin! What a mad lad! 😆
