Am I Ticklish?

When I was younger I was definately ticklish. But now I am older I dont exactly get tickled anymore. However, when people have done it I generally haven't really reacted. However that kinda tickling has just been extremely light scratching or prodding through clothes. I have never been tied up and tickled by someone who knows what they are doing. In addition if I feel like the soles of my feet are real sensitive but they are never tickled. I cant tickle myself, but then again even real ticklish people cant really. I would love to be tied and tickled.

What you guys think? Am I or aren't I very ticklish? Would I go nuts if I was properly tied and tickled by someone who knows what they are doing?

PS: Anyone females in the UK wanna tickle me or me to tickle them? 🙂

I can only speak from personal experience:

There seems to be an initial threshold you must first cross before you really light up and go nuts, and for me that threshold is dependent on mood (i.e. how nervous or relaxed I am) as well as the kind of tickling that's involved and who is doing the tickling. I'm more ticklish when I'm relaxed, not expecting anything, and I'm with someone I really trust--bondage has historically worked against those elements for me, but that may not necessarily be true for you. The important thing to remember is to have fun and enjoy touch without too many expectations about what it should be like.

I swear to god, that I can tickle my own feet. Well, it's not really an extremely ticklish feeling, but it's something I can't bear to do for any amount of time. Like, right now, I've even got socks on, and the second I scratch the arch on my right foot, I have to stop, because it tickles. I avoid being tickled on my feet at all costs, because I'm sure it would make me a giggling 6'2" idiot, and espcially in public. It's very weird that I'm very much an avid fan of tickling, and I can defy the impossible in that field.

But, my girlfriend hates being tickled. She does, however, have a very ticklish stomach and ticklish feet. When we play tickling games, when she can't defend herself, she really enjoys it, and seems more ticklish than she is in public. I wouldn't consider myself to be a tickle-master, but I know somewhat of what I'm doing, because I've been tickling her for over 4 years now. Like caden said, you have to try to enjoy it and be understanding of the person tickling you, because if you don't, you'll regret it a lot.

Thank god my girlfriend only likes to tickle me every once in a blue moon. 😉

I was much like you. I was very ticklish as a kid. I grew up to be a strong tall guy. Consequently, I was able to keep others from tickling me. After a long time of not being tickled, I wondered if I was ticklish anymore. After a while a series of events happened in which I was accidently or intentionally tickled, just brief incidents but enough for me to know that my tickishness was not a thing of the past. The clincher was getting married to a wonderful woman who enjoys ticking me; I have discovered that I am more ticklish and ticklish in more places than I had ever imagined. My guess is that you are still ticklish.

Ticklish Thresholds...

Well I'm in much the same situation as you are. I was incredibly ticklish as a child growing up but as I got older I never got tickled any more. I can count the number of times I've even been playfully tickled for a fraction of a second in the last couple of years on one hand. This is indeed, a sad situation for me as I would absolutely love to be tickled.

However my guess is that I'm still just as ticklish as I always was.
It would probably take a little time and a little patience on the part of the tickler to totally break me down and it would be a much more fluid and dynamic experience if I was completely comfortable with what was going on and trusted the tickler implicitly. I think that there's a massive difference between being tickled just a fraction of a second through clothing or whatever
and being restrained in a vulnerable position and tickled seriously
by someone who is intent upon breaking down your innate defenses.

I also have extremely ticklish feet and sometime's I can tickle myself a little but it's not the same as being tickled by someone else. *sigh*
I guess just like dancing and every other truly romantic thing, it takes two to tickle... I'm waiting for the second person. 😉

I'm 46 years old, and still pretty ticklish. But I was definitely much more ticklish as a child and teenager. I couldn't stand it for more than 5 seconds. I'd laugh so hard that I could no longer inhale and begin to see stars. Chances are, you'll still be ticklish, but perhaps not to the same degree.

I find all people are ticklish, no matter their age, and that it's more a question of persistance and finding the right spot to set them off. Once you've done that it's just a matter of activating their tickle spots and getting them revved up. *giggle*

One ex-boyfriend of mine was 36 when I first met him and was not ticklish, he'd never been tickled in his entire life. Within 6 months I had him running from the room screaming with laughter trying to get away from me. :laughing: All it took was a little persistence and his unknowing willingness to just sit there and take it, that allowed me to find at least one ticklish spot, and from there he was toast. *giggle* 14 years later we're still friends and he is still extremely ticklish. 😀

Yeah im the same way you are bellboy10 when i was younger im was Ticklish also. But as i got into my teens 15+Range i stoped being tickled and even tickling ''others'' and im 20 now as of Last sunday and i still dont get tickled or tickling others because im also afraid of just diving right into it as far as tickling Tickling others and what not really. But my mom has tried tickling my feet with like even light stratches with her nails. i sqrimed around but i didn't really laugh at all. But its funny because when i was 14 my Older Brothers Girlfriend ex now (Cori) she tickled both my bare feet with her nails and she had me Sqirming and giggling my head off. so it is funny is Guess it just depends who is tickling me? right? because i got no idea at all.
