Am. Pop, Tony the Tickler (m/f)

There simply isn't enough American Pop fan art. I'm not really one to do fan art per se, but i've always been in LOVE with Bakshi films. The idea of Tony tickling his girlfriend until she cried seemed like a pretty image to put down since i adore the character design and movement of both characters. I tried to get the authentic screenshot effect with .jpg compression but i don't think it worked, i think it just made it fuzzy. Hehe oh well
