On her show what I like about you on wb last week she is in the kitchen with a guy or her boyfriend and she grabs something off the top shelf. Her boyfriend tell her she forgot something and when she reachs for it him tickles her sides (you can see her sides a little becouse she has on a t-shit that shows some little skin) she let's out a scream than playfully hits him the part was only about a 1 min.

well i searched www.wikipedia.com i and well i think the tickler is vince because he's a cook introduced at episode 23 so the series has 86 episodes so that leaves 63 episodes to search

By the original post date it's prob season 3. Not season four as that aired a month after the post, according to tv.com. Narrows down the search a bit.
