This was found by Ticklehunter on youtube. At the 15:00 mark there's a comedy sketch that has to be seen to be believed. Tickling is sort of an underground addiction in this sketch, sort of like alcohol during prohibition. There's a part that takes place in a sort of "tickle bar" that's unreal.

Wow, I watched Codco many times as a teenager on the east coast (of Canada) but I sure don't remember this sketch. Amazing find. 🙂 tickle tickle tickle
