I don't think it does all that much. I mean... it's more of an nuisance if you're making current content because if site is going to have their own parameters, it's just more paperwork which is never all that fun.
What it does is make having legacy content, nearly impossible. Because you can't go back in time to satisfy current requirements. Like, if a site says it's a requirement to have a photo with the ID of the model. That's fine. But back in the day, that wasn't a requirement. You just needed scan of their ID and consent forms. All of the numbers and names just had to match up. In the case of Patreon or Fansly, they want you to use their own specific release form. So, if I'm asked to produce that today.. I can reach out to say, Tori or Rayne, whom I'm still in contact with and get it. But say Maddie, Kandace, Amanda... I've no idea how to get in touch with them and haven't for the better part of 11 years. I would assume there are a lot of similar situations where it's just like "produce it or get the videos taken down".
It sucks, but at the same time, I get it. You don't want to get into legal trouble and have some lawyer exploit some loophole. I am sure that's happened multiple times. Let alone people posting stuff without a model's documented permission. So, yeah, it's tough and I'm highly frustrated with my situation, in particular, but I'm not mad at anyone. Just incentivizes us to try to build our own sites. Lol.
