Just for info, no that wasn't TIB. The DM guy and TIB of TC are different people.

Regarding the harassment that some posters have given to Tricham, judging only by what I have read in this thread, it was uncalled for and counter productive to the discussion. The complaint of rudeness from a vendor was minor, but seems legitimate enough to me, and if people can't discuss their experiences with various outfits here in the TMF, where should they? It was great to hear people discuss the merits of the complaint, and share their experiences with various websites. It was not great to have conspiracy theories tossed in, impugning people's motives and honesty, etc. My own practice from other BBSs I have posted on is to respond to substantive comments and questions regarding my posts, and to ignore personal attacks. I'm glad that Tricham didn't let the harassment stop him from speaking his mind.

Fred, I commend you for recognizing & admitting you made a mistake. Nobodys perfect. hopefully soon you'll be able to get a connection thats faster (DSL is what I have). It makes a world of difference speed wise.

I had a feeling you would'nt get one. The world is full of people who like to hear themselves talk but have nothing to say. I stated what my complaint was with the company ANA & responded to what Andre had to say. & I stick by it. You gave the opportunity in a very professional manner to respond to Venray's complaint & recieved no further reply. I repeat, you are a class act, even to Assholes like venray with no class. :ranty:
