After receiving my tax refunds this past week, I promptly called La Cage and scheduled an appointment with Mistress Ashley (after finding out she was open to being tickled).
Saturday came and I arrived for my 11:30 appointment- almost twenty minutes late (lousy Chicago streets!
)! Anyway, I was shown into the Godiva Suite and was shortly joined by Mistress Ashley, a cool, softspoken, 6'3 blond with size 11 feet. I had said I was interested in role playing with her as my psychiatrist and she was dressed professionally with a blouse, skirt, dark stockings, high heels and glasses. 
I told her I was interested in psychiatric role play with tickling and foot play, and asked again if she was open to being tickled herself. After a slight hesitation, she said it was "acceptable."
We began our session and I told her about my troubles coping with getting out of a bad relationship and how it had affected me mentally, emotionally, and sexually. I told her of my interest in tickling and feet and how it had waned since the breakup. She instructed me to strip to whatever I felt comfortable in (my shorts and socks) and lie on the table in the room. She said she had some trust exercises she wanted to try. She began gently stroking my leg. She has a very gentle touch.
After I said it was good, she moved down to my feet, which felt even better. She began tickling my feet, which felt wonderful but wasn't enough to get me laughing. She then stepped out of her shoes and rested her feet in front of me. Her stocking were very soft and smooth and her feet were indeed ticklish, particularly on the tops. She didn't become hysterical, but I got her laughing pretty well. She clearly wasn't used to being tickled but she handled it very well. We had an excellent time and I highly recommend her.

For those interested, I also paid visits to Horribles and Alien Entertainment, sellers of some excellent horror/sci-fi mechandise. Alien Entertainment specializes in Dr. Who items and I got an wonderful figure of the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker). He's now sitting on my desk with his ever present grin.
