In New Jersey the other day, a man who was drinking and driving ran into a car, killing some people.
Here's the strange part.....
His best friend is being charged with the crime. Nevermind the fact that he did not give his friend any booze or that he was even in the car when it happened.
The law authorities said he did not "try to take the keys" from his friend....
His friend, if convicted, could face up to 10 years in the state penn.
And they say our justice system is totally fu**ed up.
