Yes because, unlike a daemon or demon, an angel (being a "perfect being" so to speak) would find undeniable and unending pleasure from being tickled - not in the sense it'd make her hot and horny, but rather it would be so pleasant and nice and just utterly amazing for her that she would never wish you to stop. Her laughter would be light and lilting, almost musical, yet strong and real - the laughter of a truly ticklish person who is utterly enjoying every moment, every caress and every touch. An angel would have the softest, most sensitive and radiant skin you could imagine, her smile flawless and her feet petite and ticklish, butter soft and clean. Her smile would warm your very heart and at your touch would break into a grin stopped only by her ears.

Edit- and for those that say an angel wouldn't tickle back - what do you think those feathery wings are for? An angel would make whatever part of you you desired so ticklish the slightest touch would send you into delighted spasms of laughter...

That... that is the essence of tickling to me... thing of beauty, not just desire.
