Just ran into this while browsing a little... thought I'd share it as some people here might be interested in seeing it too.
How to see the animation:
1. Visit this Deviantart page:

2. click the "Download" link on the left (otherwise you only see a thumbnail of the animation)
The artist's description starts: "This is my first animation commission.
Here, we have Natsumi in a pink two-piece swimsuit hogtied, tape-gagged and struggling with her restraints in a beach house. "
I don't know which Natsumi this is... maybe someone will know her. 😉
Oh, you can see her feet too, if you're interested in that.
