I love that scene, and will ocasionally pop in the dvd just to play it. Neese is so adorable there and I love the innocent romance. Lodoss doesn't have much of that (or much romance at all). That episode is one of the best in ROLWCOTHK (yeah, even for an abbriviation, its still really long...Record Of Lodoss War Chronicles Of The Heroic Knight)

well Alvida has super slippery skin from eating the slick slick fruit or whatever its called, so she kicks off her sandles and slides down this slide barefoot like the soles of her feet have been buttered. Imaginative cartoon no?:laughing:

Alvida consumed the Sube Sube Fruit, which caused her skin to become permanently 'smooth'. Said ability forces punches, kicks, weapons, etc. to slide off her harmlessly, as well as allows Alvida to 'skate' on any surface.
