It's an interesting pic... the facial region would suggest that it's Kagera from Inuyasha but the clothes do not match that. It is a very well drawn image. It must have taken a fair amount of time to do because the artist seems to have made the feet and toes as real as possible. I find the face is the most well done though because there are a lot of parts on the face that take shorter, precise drawing strokes as opposed to long lines like the feet and clothes. The earrings, the eyelashes accompanied with eye shadow to the feathers in the hair at the back... all take time to draw because they're small. I find this image to be impressive, most impressive. 🙂

Actually, If I remember correctly, that was kagora's first outfit. Then it got blown apart by the "Wind Scar". And since then, she has worn the white one.
