Here are some of Orihime from ep. 116. These were posted here a long time ago so i thought I'd repost them for convenience.
I'm positive that there are other foot scenes in Bleach, but I can't remember the episodes.

Oh yes, a good anime to watch for foot scenes and just in general is called "Seto No Hanayome", its where that foot scene appeared which I posted some time ago. These are some screencaps from it.
