did i miss something, or has there been a change of posting rules on this site? there is an entire section devoted to anime clips and art, and yet some of it ends up being posted here. is someone monitoring this? just curious.

Someone might post anime pictures here if they're their original art. Other than that, I don't remember seeing any...could be wrong, though.
