This is a clip from a famous japanese cartoon - totoro.

The people in the clip have just moved to a new house in a more rural area, and its really windy outside, which is making a lot of noise. The kids are kinda scared, so the clip is kind of like this

Dad: "If you're scared, laughing will chase away the scary things!"
Youngest Girl "I'm not scared!"
Other Girl "Hahahah"
Youngest Girl "I'm not scared!!!"

And the clip goes on :tickle:
