I'm active there at the ATF, and I believe I've posted my link on the CTF. I only haven't contributed something, because I'm not sure what to contribute. That would be up to the owner to ask. But then again, its pretty much dead, so I don't see how it will help, no offense. Its probably just not getting enough exposure like the ATF is. Anime is now more popular then regular cartoons. And people might figure (at least I do) that there are enough forums or groups as there is for anime. Its sad that the CTF is feeling the effects of that. 🙁

why doesnt it anime tickling forum have anything in it anymore?
 
Tried to register, what does it mean by TK password? Can't get past that.
 
TK password

If I'm not mistaken, it asked you to create 2 password when you register to the forum, and here's what should you do :
Use your 1st password (normal password) to login to ATF, then logout, login again using your 2nd password (TK password).
Hopefully that works.
