For me, its the DragonBall Z one where Goku is in the "otherworld" tournament and is fighting this caterpiller guy. I just find it hilarious that Goku can destroy whole freakin planets , but is so vulnerable to tickling .

Kekko Kamen is a great scene, but I wish the mechanical hands would have pulled the girls boots off too. The Dragonball scene where the guy summons the anteater to lick the girl's foot to get information is great, but I wish they had it in English, and always wanted to know what he did to the girl after she broke and gave him the information.

But the best anime tickling scenes is one in Japanese. Three naked girls are strapped down and mechanically tickled all over their bodies, one at a time, while a mob boss watches from his office suite. They are obviously spies he is trying to get information from, but you don't know what they are saying through their laughter/orgasm (the hands tickle each girl everywhere; armpits, belly, tits, pussy, thighs, knees, and feet), which does take something away from the eroticism of the clip. If anyone knows if the clips I am talking about are available with English subtitles, please let me know.

Actually, I think the name of that anime is Dragon QUEST. DragonBall is the one with Goku from DBZ as a kid
