Yesterday I got the results of my cholesterol test.

Again, it was very good. Cholesterol was 169, BP was 76 on the bottom, I believe 128 on the top.

The Dr is very satisfied. I'm good until August.

I've learned my lesson from the 2024 stroke I had. I still have to lose a few pounds, but the Dr does not seem to be harping on that, as everything else is coming up good.

Very happy and relieved
