His abilities weren't clearly defined, imo, so it's a tough judgement call. Maybe the Guardians from the DC universe...lol. Q
 
Eternity, the Celestials, Ego, Phoenix, maybe even Onslaught, etc, etc. There's several really powerful cosmic entities out there.
 
Yeah. Galactus is on the low end of the scale when it comes to the Marvel Universe's cosmic-powered characters.
 
Heh, gotta agree with the Wolverine thing. Basically, Galactus has a BIG weakness; his need to suck the juice out of planets. Anyone can beat him really, you just gotta wait till he's weak and useless. Hell, the Silver Surfer could have done it simply by leading him out where theres no food--but he was too loyal.
