Volunteers are being tickled while waking from sleep in a bizarre experiment at a Welsh university.

Well, if you must know, I am an omnipotent being. It's true, it's true. I have power over all living things and can creat matter by mere thought. Seriously. I try to keep a low profile though. You know how it is: People find out your all-powerful, they want you to cure world hunger and disease, I have to eliminate them ina flaming burst or thought induced antimatter...that old chestnut.
