I wonder if it's the one I remember.

It was 3 panels long, first panel was Jon asleep in bed (view was chest up) giggling. Second was still chest up, Jon laughing out loud. Last panel was full body, Jon saying "Ok, Ok, I'm awake!" and Garfield was waving his tail across the bottoms of Jon's feet.
