I have two.

First was the gal who played Tien Wu, Goddess of Lightning, in "Bikini Karate Babes". We did a photo shoot together.

Second, back when I was married, my sister-in-law was on television. She was rather famous in China, to the extent that when a friend of the family brought their daughter to have lunch with us, she saw my SIL and got really flustered because she was sitting at the same table with this TV hostess. Needless to say, my SIL is one of the most ridiculously ticklish people on the planet, and she got it pretty good at my hands... feet and otherwise.

I actually know a celebrity that was on The Voice last season, but I've known her since she was 5 years old and I would never even touch her that way...not even a quick rib pinch. She's the only female celeb I know so my answer is no.
