Ok before anyone says anything, I know I put the harem thing up as a joke, but then as I thought about it I realized I actually could use it to my advantage. Also I am in a bit of a bind as of last week, and am desperate enough to try this lol.
I have a property in St Louis I want to change into a temporary studio, but I need to make it safe enough for humans to enter. The basement walls need bracing, and I want to soundproof the windows. If someone can do plumbing as well to fix up the bathroom, that would also be helpful.
My relative, who lives in the four state area, has recently become unable to work. She wants to try to rent out the shop in the back to help with the mortgage, but it needs to be outfitted into a proper apartment. The pipes need fixing, and it needs a shower and a working sink for "kitchen" set up. This I know would be a more extensive project, I'm just letting you know what we're looking for.
I know material prices have gone up, so I don't mind paying for that. Unless you want to count me as a "donation" for a tax write off. I totally count as poverty class right now 😝. I'm a ler, and that's my preference and specialty. However I am ticklish and willing to 'lee so long as restraints aren't involved. It can be like "a week of tickles in exchange for a week of work" or something. If you can only do one job, that's fine, any little bit helps. Honestly I also need help with other projects like carpentry, sewing, heavy cleaning and other practical needs. I can travel to pick things up and for sessions, just so long as we're in communication and are on the same page.

This is basically a business exchange so I don't care what you look like or how old you are lol I just need people who can actually do these jobs.
